Paradox Interactive has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Jagged Alliance 3 developer Haemimont Games, the companies announced. The acquisition, the purchasing price of which was not disclosed, is expected to close within a few days.
Following the acquisition, the current leadership and development team of Haemimont Games will remain active with the studio, and the studio’s ongoing projects will remain in development.

We have strong faith in their team and leadership, and our main focus now is to ensure that they can continue to create great games under new ownership.”
