Exodus is a main quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, where Henry and his allies must stop an attack on the Jewish Quarter in Kuttenberg. It’s a race against the clock to save as many lives as possible, so unfortunately, completing side quests isn’t viable during it.
Before traveling to Kuttenberg, it’s recommended to equip your best armor and weapons to prepare for the battle ahead. The battle you’re about to face is one of the biggest up to this point in the game.

If you’re having trouble with Exodus in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, we have you covered with this complete walkthrough guide.
Traveling to Kuttenberg
Immediately after completing The Feast main quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, players begin Exodus, where they need to travel to Kuttenberg to prevent a deadly attack. To start traveling to Kuttenberg, mount the wagon with your allies.
While you can engage in conversation with your allies on the wagon, feel free to select the dialogue option “Enough, can’t we go faster?” to fast travel to Kuttenberg.
Securing the Inn
After a long wagon ride and arriving at Kuttenberg, Henry, Liechtenstein, Samuel, Rabbi, and the Dry Devil, all stop outside the city’s walls.
Instead of rushing in head first, the five of them decide to sneak into the city by taking the hidden mine shaft. Follow Liechtenstein through this mine shaft until you reach King Solomon’s Inn.
Once you enter King Solomon’s Inn, Liechtenstein will notice that the door is open, meaning someone must have entered through the mine shaft. Because of this, Liechtenstein tasks Henry with searching the Inn for intruders.
To complete this objective, you have to find and kill four men inside King Solomon’s Inn. Starting from the basement, make your way up the stairs until you find a man standing over the corpse of a woman. Sneak up behind him and stealth kill him with a dagger.

These brews can save Henry in a pinch.
Next, continue up the stairs until you reach the attic, where you’ll find another man looting a corpse. Just like before, sneak up on this man and stealth kill him, but be prepared.
Once you kill the first man, two men will be alerted and come after you. Kill these two remaining men to complete the objective.
With all the intruders killed, meet Liechtenstein and Samuel outside in the courtyard. The door to the courtyard can be found at the bottom of the stairs that lead to the attic.
Saving Samuel’s Mother
After meeting Liechtenstein and Samuel in the courtyard, Liechtenstein decides to stay behind and seal the door to the mine shaft to prevent others from coming in. Meanwhile, Samuel and Henry decide to rush into the city to help the survivors and Samuel’s mom.
Follow Samuel until the objective, “Go to Samuel’s Mother” appears. To find her, take a left into the first alleyway (just past where Samuel stops) and then another left into the building. You can find Samuel’s mom, named Sara, inside the bedroom on the first floor.
While conversing with Sara, Samuel appears at the window and warns Henry that more enemies are coming.
This is when you and Sara need to rush out the back and flee through the backyards to safety. Unfortunately, right when you enter the backyard, two men will shoot down arrows at you and Sara.

Sara won’t move until you take care of these archers, so you need to find a way to kill them. While you can use a bow and arrow if you have one in your inventory, I recommend going down the alleyway to the left of Sara and then climbing the stairs to reach their location. Once these men are killed, Sara continues to flee through the backyards.
Continue following Sara through the backyards until you reach a house with Samuel fighting a couple of soldiers inside. Help Samuel kill these soldiers, and once they’re defeated, a cutscene commences.
Withstand the Onslaught
After a long cutscene showing Henry and his allies preparing to duel a wave of Erik’s enemy soldiers, you are put up against one of the biggest battles in the game thus far.
While you don’t have to kill all the soldiers, you do have to survive for a certain amount of time. For me, I had to survive around 5 minutes.
The best way to go about this fight is to stay back, only attacking when your allies are in need of help and are distracting the attacking soldiers.
Whatever you do, under no circumstances, rush into the middle of the ambush. If you do, you’ll run the risk of getting attacked from all angles, which will almost guarantee a swift death.
If enemies do put their focus on you, make sure to use Master Strikes and stab attacks. Block when necessary and then countering with a stab was my saving grace, allowing me to complete this objective. Again, make sure no enemies get behind you, or you run the risk of getting overwhelmed.
After surviving the ambush, a cutscene will show Liechtenstein opening the door to the synagogue and Henry and his allies fleeing through the building into the mine shaft.
Once you’re safe from the enemy, speak to Sara about Martin (Henry’s dad) to complete the quest.
