Sonic Wings Reunion adds PS4 version; debut trailer

Publisher SUCCESS Corporation and developer Hamster Corporation have released the first trailer for shoot ’em up game Sonic Wings Reunion, as well as announced that it will launch for PlayStation 4 alongside its previously announced PlayStation 5, Switch, PC (Steam), and arcade versions on May 29.

In Japan, the PlayStation 5 and Switch versions will be available both physically and digitally, while the PlayStation 4 version will be digital-only. The game will support English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese language options.

Sonic Wings Reunion is a sequel to the arcade-style shooter Sonic Wings. The previous version was sold in 1998.

Choose from eight characters and destroy the mysterious organization “Fata Morgana” that has progressed into the modern world. The scenario changes depending on the combination of characters.
